Every hydraulic system must consider the purity of hydraulic oil, which is also the original purpose of using hydraulic oil filters.

The high-precision filtering effect is indeed good, but this is actually a big misunderstanding. The accuracy of the hydraulic oil filter element required by the hydraulic system is not “high” but “appropriate”. The high-precision hydraulic oil filter element has relatively poor oil flow capacity (and the accuracy of the hydraulic oil filter element installed in different positions cannot be the same), and the high-precision hydraulic oil filter element is more likely to be blocked. If it must be used, it will affect the oil flow rate. One is the short life span and must be replaced frequently.

Secondly, it is strength and corrosion resistance. A good hydraulic oil filter element must meet the standard strength. The pipeline hydraulic oil filter element must be able to withstand the high pressure downstream of the pump. The suction filter element must be able to withstand without affecting the oil flow. The pressure is not deformed, and the mesh will not change the diameter and cause the accuracy to change.

At the same time, the oil used in some systems is corrosive. The specific use of ordinary filter elements or anti-corrosion filter elements depends on the actual situation. The function and accuracy of the hydraulic oil filter element in different positions are also different.
